Your Custom Robot, Built with HXrobot: From Design to Delivery

In June, we partnered with a customer on a custom robot project. Through requirement discussions and design reviews, we developed a mobile platform with two articulated arms, a vertical assembly, and a side platform. The project progressed from CAD concepts to a finished robot prepared for delivery.
First, we listen to your requirements
Before proposing a configuration, we learn about your intended application, workspace, and priorities. This gives our team a clear basis for discussing the robot layout and features the project calls for. Every customer’s needs are different, so we approach customization as a collaboration from the start.
Then, we turn the concept into a design
For this project, we translated the customer’s brief into a mobile manipulator design. CAD views helped us review the overall structure, the dual-arm arrangement, and the side platform before moving ahead. These design discussions helped align the concept with the requested configuration.
We build, review, and prepare the robot for delivery
With the design defined, we assembled the customized system and reviewed the completed unit from multiple angles. The finished robot brought together the mobile base, two articulated arms, vertical structure, and side platform. We then prepared it for handover.
The customer received the robot and put it into application. For us, delivery is an important milestone, and our work continues as the customer moves forward with the project.
